Can I cancel/amend my order?

Orders are processed, packed and shipped efficiently. If you do wish to cancel your order please send us an email at info@waeveapparel, otherwise you will have to wait until you receive your order and then return it in its original packaging along with the packing slip.

Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances, orders may be delayed.

Will an item be restocked?

Depending on demand, we will decide whether or not there will be restocks for certain products.

How long do pre-orders take to arrive?

Pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks once orders are placed. Customers will be notified if there are longer wait times.

Do you have Laybuy or Afterpay?

Yes, we have both Afterpay and Laybuy. These options are available at the payment step of the checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive to me?

If you're in New Zealand, please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive. If you're in Australia please allow up to 14 days. Delays may occur at the moment due to COVID-19.

Do you send to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately PO Boxes will not be accepted, please use an alternative address when placing your order.
